Linda and the entire SPS team are top all around: super friendly, professional, driving things proactively, on top of what needs to happen and very results oriented.

I have handed over a property which was in need of renovation and hadn't been rented out for a while. Linda and team took the lead, rolled-up their sleeves, got the property in top shape and rented out in short-time. Hi once again Sterling Property Sol.
Is right on the ball my heat wasn't working correctly and they fix that in no time.
Then I'd also like then to and some steats because I have several stairs up to my apartment and walk way to my apartment however with it starting getting dark I asked for lights and sure enough the next day I had a fantastic light set installed and I can see everything fantastic!!!

I have been a tenant for Sterling Properties for one year. Their team is highly responsive if and when an issue would arise, which I appreciated as someone who was living alone. Especially Yesenia who is always a phone call/text message away. Each time I have contacted her she has supported and advised me regarding any task or issue that was thrown at her. I can honestly say that I valued her services tremendously. Not to mention, she is so sweet!

Sterling has always maintained the lawn outside and kept everything looking nice. I also think their renter online portal is very nicely designed and easy tool for paying your rent.

I highly recommend renting from Sterling as their property is maintained very well, issues and concerns were always tackled and solved and their team is outstanding!

Sterling has been enormously helpful, available, and courteous. Linda specifically has been relentless about finding me the best property and has always had my best interest as her top priority. I would recommend them tenfold! Such a pleasure to work with.

Update a few months later: Linda quickly found wonderful tenants for my house and is very responsive with them and me. My house is undergoing some maintenance on the heating/AC units, and Linda is so timely and organized. I honestly couldn't do this process without her. She involves me the right amount and is simultaneously taking care of the tenants. Sterling continues to be a top quality service.

Linda is awesome! She is very efficient, detail oriented and hard working. She finds us a long term and high qualified tenant within a week after we engage Sterling Property Solutions and help us enter into a 2+2 long term lease. She accompanied the handy man to our property to verify the walk through repairs and take photos before and after the repairs and send to us. Very detailed oriented. She is wonderful.
