Sterling has always maintained the lawn outside and kept everything looking nice. I also think their renter online portal is very nicely designed and easy tool for paying your rent.

Update a few months later: Linda quickly found wonderful tenants for my house and is very responsive with them and me. My house is undergoing some maintenance on the heating/AC units, and Linda is so timely and organized. I honestly couldn't do this process without her.
